We have an immediate need for a Front End Web Developer and a Web Development Team Lead for a Clients project.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Front End Web Developers will be working on innovative and exciting web properties and applications, in an HTML/DHTML/CSS/PHP environment. The ideal candidates have a thorough understanding of the web and its capabilities along with its limitations, will be responsible for:
- Leading defect management: defect status, root cause, daily triage meeting
- Setting up and executing performance testing; drive defect reports towards resolution; propose and designs retest cases and data.
- Providing quality assurance on product releases
- Working closely with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to isolate and resolve issues
The projects will include streaming video, syndications, design implementation, prototyping, distribution and automation of content.

Qualifications:
- Strong JavaScript Development skills
- Strong Web Integration skills
- HTML, DHTML, CSS
- Linux and PHP experience
- Experience working on B2B applications
- Ability to understand design and development concepts
- Web development, User Interface experience needed
- Strong experience with cross browser and cross platform compatibility

The team lead will have 5-7 years of applicable experience in corporate settings (non-freelance), including 2 years of background in a team lead/supervisory role.
The other member of this team will have 3-5 years of applicable experience, including a minimum of 3 years of background in corporate settings (non-freelance).
A Bachelors degree in an IT-related filed is highly desired.
This is anticipated to be a 1-2 year project, and these are benefited opportunities with CDI.
