This individual will serve as a PeopleSoft Financials Application Specialist, providing BearingPoint managed application services clients functional application support, and will be response for maintaining, updating, and creating application break/fix, configuration, and specifications support in PeopleSoft Financials Applications 8.4 or higher, in the areas of Financials (i.e., EX, MTE), and Workflow. The Level 2 PeopleSoft Financials Application Specialist will also be very knowledgeable with specific PeopleSoft product module/suite business processes. This individual will comply with BearingPoint standard operating procedures, and ensure BearingPoint client users are treated courteously and provided a positive trouble ticket reporting experience. This individual will also perform client transition tasks, knowledge transfer assignments, and audit assignments for BearingPoint clients to which he/she is assigned.

Responsibilities:
PeopleSoft Application Time and Expense Specialist is responsible for performing any documented procedures, batch processes, or scripts provided to them from BearingPoint personnel. PeopleSoft Application Time and Expense Specialist is responsible for performing trouble ticket resolution and work to ensure the BearingPoint – Managed Application client service level metrics are maintained or exceeded. PeopleSoft Financials Application Specialist is responsible for training and mentoring the PeopleSoft Financials Application Specialists as needed.PeopleSoft Financials Application Specialist is responsible for initiating, testing, documenting, and managing PeopleSoft application Technical Assistance Requests (TAR) to resolution per the client service level agreements. PeopleSoft Financials Application Specialist is responsible for performing client transition tasks, knowledge transfer assignments, and audit assignments for BearingPoint clients to which he/she is assigned.

Requirements:
Candidate must have 2 – 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Applications and PeopleTools, in one or more product suites, version 8.4 Candidate must have strong functional and technical experience in at least two or more of the following PeopleSoft Applications: EX, MTE, and Workflow. Additional modules could be a bonus. Candidate should understand importance of structured, controlled production environment, and have excellent written and verbal skills to communicate procedures and mentor personnel. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, and client-facing experience is a plus. Candidate must be self-motivated, assertive while possessing the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment. Candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field, a graduate degree such as MBA and/or CPA are a plus. Knowledge of IT outsourcing services, or background in production run support is a plus.df-tc
