This individual will serve as a Level 1 PeopleSoft Applications Specialist, providing BearingPoint managed application services client, Carlyle/Hawaii Telecom, basic user administration support, system administration support, and PeopleSoft application triage (including support for “how to”, usage questions). This person will comply with BearingPoint standard operating procedures, and ensure the client is treated courteously and provided a positive trouble ticket reporting experience. The application suites include but are not limited to the following: Financials, HRMS, CRM, EPM, and SCM.

Responsibilities:
· L1 PeopleSoft Applications Specialist will perform additions, deletions and maintenance of managed application users and passwords, and assign pre-configured responsibilities to the managed application users.
· L1 PeopleSoft Applications Specialist will perform additions, deletions and maintenance of managed application pre-configured authorization profiles, user groups, roles and responsibilities, menus, alerts, workflows.
· L1 PeopleSoft Applications Specialist will provide PeopleSoft triage, and resolve “how to”, usage questions.
· L1 PeopleSoft Applications Specialist is responsible for performing PeopleSoft environment support during off-business hours as needed.
· L1 PeopleSoft Applications Specialist is responsible for performing any documented procedures, batch processes, or scripts provided to them from Level 2 and/or 3 BearingPoint personnel. This requires the L1 PeopleSoft Application Specialist to be trained, and that the procedures, processes and/or scripts comply with BearingPoint standard operating procedures and approvals.
· L1 PeopleSoft Applications Specialist is responsible for daily administration task of the PeopleSoft application servers, web servers and process schedulers; which includes startup/shutdown, clearing of cache, debugging, monitoring and tuning.
· L1 PeopleSoft Applications Specialist is responsible for PeopleSoft application server, web server and process scheduler builds and configurations.
· L1 PeopleSoft Applications Specialist is responsible for simple Oracle database administration; which includes the startup/shutdown of Oracle databases, starting/stopping the Oracle listener, and monitoring the availability of the Oracle instances.

Requirements:
· Candidate must have 1-2 years of experience (or training), with PeopleSoft Applications and PeopleTools, in one or more product suites, version 8.
· Candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in working in a UNIX server environment.
· Candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in PeopleSoft administration and configuration of application servers, web servers and process schedulers.
· Candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in working in multiple instances PeopleSoft environments.
· Candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in Oracle administration tasks.
· Candidate must have strong oral and written Englishdf-tc
