Description
Receive, analyze, monitor & resolve network problems in a timely fashion with minimal guidance from more senior technicians or supervisor. Education: High school or equiv. plus 2 years formal electronics training or equiv knowledge through experience. Associate degree in related field preferred. Minimum 2 yrs related telecommunications experience or 1 yr as NOS with satisfactory or better performance or Associates' degree in related field plus 2 yrs industry experience.

Candidates will work in Tier I. Good customer service skills are a must. An ability to grasp all MNS concepts and multi-task is required. Personnel WILL WORK A WEEKEND SCHEDULE. Candidate must be eligible and willing to apply for a US Government security clearance.

College degree is required.

Work shift will be either 10AM to 6:30 PMor 12AM to 8 PM.

Background check and drug testing required before start.df-tc
