Receive, analyze, monitor & resolve network problems in a timely fashion with minimal guidance from more senior technicians or supervisor. CCNA preferred and MUST be able to pass a backgroung check for a security clearance Education: High school or equiv. plus 2 years formal electronics training or equiv knowledge through experience. Associate degree in related field preferred. Minimum 2 yrs related telecommunications experience or 1 yr as NOS with satisfactory or better performance or Associates' degree in related field plus 2 yrs industry experience. This is a swing shift position 3 pm - 11 pm. The center is a 24x7 operation, so an individual must be able to work weekends and holidays.
