Scope of Work

MSO Technician is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all MSO Fixed Network CDMA Wireless equipment to ensure high-quality performance and reliability. Monitors, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains Lucent CDMA Wireless network equipment using preventive maintenance schedules and documented procedures. Activities include:New BTS activations, Support of datafill validation, downloading of changes to BTS equipment. Maintaining transport layer; DS0, T1 and T3 circuits. Escalation to local and national support teams. Support Engineering and Facilities staff with project related tasks

Competencies Required

Lucent 5ESS, Lucent ECP, Lucent OMP, Lucent PSAX, Lucent PCF, Lucent ModCell BTS and Alcatel DACS.df-tc
