Description

We are seeking Help Desk Analyst for a 12 month contract. This position is located in North Atlanta , Georgia . Our client prefers Analysts who are fluent in French and English.

You must be able to work 3rd shift hours, midnight to 9am or 3am to noon. No other shift is available.

You will be the first line of support for all local and remote users- 800 local users and over 1000 remote. You will be responsible for troubleshooting various proprietary applications, including issues related to Win XP, Network Connectivity (VPN, TCP/IP protocols), mapping printers, email and account lock-outs, MS Office and documenting the call into the HP Service desk ticketing system.

Preferred Technical Skills:
- Windows XP/Win 2000 OS troubleshooting experience, Lotus Notes
- Network Connectivity, TCP/IP (DOS commands, Ping, IP config)
- Experience using PC LAN to access users PC's
- Experience learning proprietary applications
- Must have at least 1-2 years of professional helpdesk experience

Required Skills:
- TCP/IP
- Windows XP
- MS OFFICE
- NETWORK CONNECTIVITY EXPERIENCE
- Fluency in French is Preferred

Must be able to work third shift with occasional rotating weekends.

Business casual and drug free workplace. Drug and Background checks are required.
