4 Mechanical Engineering Technicians needed for 3-6 month project in Searcy, AR. Ideal candidate(s) will help with various projects such as updating process changes, J.I.P. sheets, time studies, B.O.M. and routers. Will work closely with higher level technicians to increase functional knowledge. Follows specific instructions to achieve desired results. Interacts with technicians, and/or designers, as well as engineers. Conducts general tasks with efficiency. Participates in a team environment for support activities. Becomes familiar with departmental functions. Completes work requests as directed. Specific tasks may include: assembly, test, operating equipment, performing routine preventive maintenance functions per instructions, simple measurement and recording, data entry and following verbal and written work instructions. Comply with requirements of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems. Prefer local area candidates; relocation/per diem will NOT be provided.
