Description
Reports to: VP NetOps
Responsible for first level troubleshooting of desktop systems and applications, driven by TAS tickets and phone requests. Perform desktop and application provisioning and daily monitoring of the Conference Room / Client network facilities. Basic systems and network administration in support of Windows, conference rooms and wireless networks.

Will be responsible for Desktop Provisioning, User Training,
Basic Systems Administration / IP management, Desktop Security, Wireless Networks, Conference Rooms / Client Networks . Full Benefits after one month of employment. Knowledge of Data Center storage facilities a must.
