Assignment Details
Required to work in a 7 day schedule environment on ANY SHIFT.
Monitor and modify required workload schedules using CA7 to ensure all work performed on all Commercial Data Centers is done on a timely basis. Monitor Hardware, Software, Web Applications and Batch Jobs on Enterprise servers. When problems arise, document and escalate accordingly. Utilize sophisticated software and hardware measurement tools to constantly monitor and report on the performance of all batch and on-line systems. Tools include OmegaMon, NetView, CompuLert and CA7. Restart Production job amends using CA11.

Optional: Familiarity with STK timberline drives, ACS, HSC commands, MIM and MIM commands
