Kaiser Permanente, partnering with Genesis10 Consulting, is seeking 2 experienced Project Manager for a 4+ month contract in Atlanta, GA.

Position based in Atlanta, GA. Kaiser Permanente HealthConnect is a highly-sophisticated information management and care delivery system designed to enhance the quality of patient care. KP HealthConnect integrates the electronic medical record with appointments, registration and billing. KP HealthConnect Solutions oversees and manages the implementation and support of analytical solutions for Kaiser's integrated Health Record system across all regions to: Provide and support a coordinated, consistent, high-quality environment which allows users of KP HealthConnect data to make informed, accurate, and timely business and clinical decisions Serve all KP-HealthConnect users with deep expertise on KP HealthConnect data, reports, and analysis both during implementation and thereafter Develop the infrastructure to enable analysts to focus on improving business outcomes using KP HealthConnect data Coordinate the activities of IM Service Groups with the KP HealthConnect project

Top 5 daily responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES: The Project Manager will be responsible for partnering with the business and managing the implementation of reporting solutions for HealthConnect on EPIC Clarity. This is a full life cycle Project Management role and includes the management/coordination of processes and activities pertaining to full implementation/integration of the KP HealthConnect in the Mid Atlantic region with an emphasis on data warehouse and business intelligence reporting solutions. The project manager will collaborate with client, technical project staff, business partner representatives, and related teams while overseeing this implementation; assess on-going project work; manage resources throughout project delivery.

Top 3-4 required skills:
~ 7 years experience IT applications solutions implementation/delivery required
~ 5+ years project management experience required
~ 5+ years data warehouse, ETL, and business intelligence tools experience is a must.
~ Experience with Crystal Reports/Enterprise and Teradata is highly desired.
~ Experience in Healthcare organization preferred.
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Top 3-4 required soft-skills/personality characteristics:
~ Strong oral and written communication skills as well as experience capturing requirements and writing technical design documents is required.

Required Skills:
Project Management minimum 7 years experience
Data Warehousing minimum 1 year experience
MS Project minimum 4 years experience
