TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

CDI ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION TO BE LOCATED AT OUR CLIENT SITE AT THE NORTH SLOPE OF ALASKA.

Technical Assistant


The duties and responsibilities for this role are as follows:
. Develop and maintain a team dashboard.
. Consolidate and track activity to ensure prompt follow up
. Gather, manage and report on data in various databases and systems that may include:
o Performance management
o Continuous Improvement
o Development of Decision Support Packages
o Management of Change system
o Process Safety Management and Assurance
o Integrity Management standard
o Compliance
o Team Websites
o Communication
. Organization and communication activities to include:
o Develop presentation materials and ensuring IT equipment availability.
o Organize meeting agendas and facilitation of some regular meetings.
o Organize internal and external meetings, teleconferences and team events as required.
o Coordinate activities with other asset Technical Assistants.
Experience & Knowledge
To be considered for this role, applicants must have the following qualifications:
. Fluency in English
. User knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications
. Experience working with data
. Experience in data privacy/confidentiality
