Description
The Implementation Analyst acts as a primary resource. This includes but is not limited to file format review and testing, Access database updates, and various implementation tasks. Additionally, this function will communicate with external clients.

Identify Web site Data Structure and Services. The analyst will gain a detailed understanding of the Web site data structure and services provided to clients. This will include training with the Implementation team, reviewing parallel testing output, and silent participation in client conference discussions.

File Format review. Assume responsibility for completing data comparison and error correction. This can include explanation of required file formats and testing of those files.

Outside Vendor Data Gathering. Assume responsibility for contacting and retrieving required information from various vendors.

Microsoft Access Updates. Assume responsibility for updating implementation tasks and comments in the Retirement Manager administrative database.

General Implementation Support: Assume responsibility for project timeline management and relationship support.

Continuous Improvement. The candidate will be expected to provide feedback on both new and completed implementations. This feedback will be critical for ensuring plan sponsors are satisfied with our service and that all areas for improvement are identified and addressed.

Experience
You must have excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, and must be able to maintain a high level of performance with self motivation. You should have demonstrated initiative and drive. Customer service, either on the telephone or in person is essential. You must have technical proficiency in Excel and Access, and must have a demonstrated capacity to learn and operate within a web-enabled environment. You should have a Bachelors Degree in education. Specific experience with a large corporation, having to work with organizational complexity, is a plus.
