8650 Jr Desktop admin. OR contractWork location, Beaverton, OR. Contract to hire, 3 months Required Experience: Thorough knowledge of Pro:Man or similar ERP data structures Firm understanding of MS Windows OS and Microsoft Excel Solid understanding of help desk operations using REMEDY Two to four years experience working in an enterprise-level applications/help desk support environmentOther Skills: Proven analytical ROOT CAUSE analysis and corrective action problem solving skills Ability to interface well and clearly communicate with all levels of the CG team Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including:o Preparation of oral and written reportso Ability to express and present technical concepts and ideas to a non-technical audienceo Effectively communicate in face to face environment Self motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must work well and communicate well with the team Must be willing to travel and work at home when work load requires. Must live within the greater Portland Metroplex.Interacts daily with customers and members of the IT team who are dependent upon the services provided by this position.
