Midtown Manhattan financial institution is looking for senior technology consulting resource with FlexTrade experience. MUST HAVE STRONG FLEXTRADE TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE -- NOT JUST AS A USER. This is a one year contract. Consultant will participate in the development and maintenance of a business and system architecture and conduct business information flow studies. Provide integrated systems planning and recommends new or different technologies which will enhance current systems and support overall corporate and business goals. Conduct system architecture studies of new and existing IT systems to permit development of integrated systems which operate at low cost levels. Recommend the appropriate computer platform, work status and communication linkage required to support distributed and Client Server business processes and information flows. Provide in-depth technical consultation to clients and IT Management to ensure development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures and methodologies. Perform related duties as assigned or requested. Receive general supervision and is competent to work at the highest technical level of systems architecture while working on own most of the time.
