Audio/Visual Lead Technician/Field Service

Do you have at least three years of Audio/Visual installation and field maintenance experience?
Do you enjoy working with Polycom and Tandburg teleconferencing equipment?
If so. read on!

What you need for the job:
Applicant should have at least 3-years experience working in the field in the audio visual industry.
Must have mastered all aspects of audio-visual field installation and should be able to fully commission a system.
Applicant must have excellent communication skills and possess excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Be a team leader and possess excellent leadership qualities and should be able to lead a field team from rough in to job completion.
CTS or CTS-I Certification is a plus.

What you will be doing:
Upload Crestron and AMX control programs to control processors
Write and fully tweak audio programs for at least two of the following audio
systems; Gentner, Vortex, and Biamp
Problem solving and troubleshooting of issues that comes up during an installation
Lead team members from the start of the installation to job completion
Full working knowledge of commercial construction methods such as ceiling deck construction, wall framing and structural engineering
Interaction with clients, general contractors, electrical contractors, etc
Daily field reporting to project manager
