ACAPS Developer

To help us continue driving their business forward, our client is in search of an experienced ACAPS Developer to join their team in St. Louis, MO.

This is a 12 month contract position.



Job Description & Responsibilities

- This is for an incremental BankCard consulting resource to help complete the Point of Sale (POS) initiative changes within the ACAPS Originations system .

- Facilitate complete analysis of business requirements together with the business, design and development teams .

- Write functional specifications documents, get them approved and conduct walkthroughs for various audiences .

- Review and comment on test plans and scripts .





Requirements & Skills

- Experience performing analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and support of new and enhanced functionality in the CGI-AMS ACAPS Origination system environment .

- Prefer fully versed in AMS (American Management Systems) vendor baseline architecture concepts .

- Expert working knowledge of VSAM, CICS and COBOL programming language.

- Must be knowledgeable of all aspects of system development in a Mainframe (MVS) environment including concepts such as JCL/PROCS and system utilities.

- Experience with the following software tools will be considered a plus: Changeman, Intertest, FileAid, and AbendAid.

- Knowledge of BureauLink a plus .



4-5 years of professional experience.

U.S. Citizenship, Green Card, or EAD required. No Corp-to-Corp please.
