A leading innovator in professional visual processing that supplies a broad range of graphics accelerators to Computer Aided Design (CAD), Digital Content Creation (DCC), and visual simulation professionals, has an immediate need for an ASIC Design Engineer at its Huntsville, AL, facility. In this exciting opportunity, you will use your design experience to implement detailed micro-architectures for our next generation graphics chip. You will design in VHDL or Verilog, simulate, and synthesize into gate level netlists. In addition you will work closely with the Physical Design team to achieve optimal block size and timing closure. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment with excellent written and verbal skills. We desire at least 3 years of VHDL or Verilog design experience, with a proven track record of first time tape-out success. We will not sponsor; relocation is possible for the right person.
