TASK Provide Remote Technical Support to the AIX software support center. Remote Technical Support KERN AP PJ3 - Base Statement of Requirements SOR NEW PO Template MTS Version Project Description and Tasks 1 The Candidate must be able to work in a dynamic team environment, possess good decision making skills, and is able to multi-task while talking to the customer. 2 The candidate should be comfortable with communicating and understanding the KERN, L1DUMP Team and AP Asynchronous Printers work environment. 3 The Candidate must be flexible to changing schedules that are determined by business needs. The Center Mission Region operates 24 by 7 365 days a year 4 The candidate should be able to work in a constantly changing customer product environment and embrace direct customer interaction.
