Will perform systems analysis, design and programming for critical systems. Provide technical leadership to others on a project basis, or may be part of a larger team. Must be able to work independently on assigned projects which include technical issues and problem resolution.

Experience/Skills
Bachelors degree is preferred, but will consider an Associates degree. Must have AS/400, RPG, CL programming experience to be considered. Any experience with Visual Basic, SQL server, would be a plus. Should possess good leadership skills, communication skills, business knowledge and systems analysis and database design techniques. Must be proficient in programming and analysis. Should also have strong DBA skills. Any experience with SQL server would be helpful.
