We have an immediate need for a Peoplesoft Techno-Functional Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a Peoplesoft Techno-Functional Lead. Project is a build-out of an existing PeopleSoft CRM 9.0 system using the Support, Sales/Marketing and Help Desk Modules. Sales Techno-functional lead will give technical direction and complete most complex development tasks with the Sales and Marketing modules. In depth knowledge of PeopleSoft CRM Sales and Marketing modules and strong experience around Integration design/development (Integration Broker, XML, Application Packages) is critical. Previous experience with leads, opportunity and the lead list is required; Weblogic experience is preferred.

Required Skillset . 5+ years experience with PeopleTools, including some experience with version 8.48 or above . 4+ years experience with Real Time XML based integrations . 3+ years of techno-functional PeopleSoft CRM experience, including experience with the Sales/Marketing modules . Familiarity with distributed systems architecture and SOA . Working knowledge of Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL. . Experience with different development methodologies including Agile, and RUP . Ability to understand very complex functional requirements and translate them into high-level requirements . Strong Aptitude to troubleshoot . Strong verbal and written communication skills . Independent and self-starter . Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Nice-to-have skills: . UNIX Scripting experience . Experience with Weblogic version 8.x
