ASP.Net Developers With Trading Systems

• Review the business requirements and prepare technical design documents
• Document use cases, class diagrams, collaborations diagrams, sequence diagrams, and construction of non-functional and functional prototypes
• Construct, test, and implement software that meets the business requirements and technical design specifications
• Work with Business Analysts, Quality Analysts, and other Information Technology (IT) staff to analyze and resolve defects
• Participate in regular code reviews
• Prepare or assist in the preparation of implementation documentation
• Work with Systems Administration and Operations personnel in the implementation of applications
• Work with Business Analysts, help desk personnel, and other IT professionals to identify and resolve issues reported in the production environment

Required Skills:

• 4 year college degree absolutely required (Computer Science or MIS a plus)
• Extensive trading systems applications development experience.
• Exceptional job history - MUST show 2-3 years per job. No contractor backgrounds. No frequent job changes (less than 2 years).
• At least 7 years of software development experience with 2 or more years experience ASP.net development.
• Solid Winforms experience absolutely required.
• Other requirements: SQL Server development, Microsoft VisualStudio, Design Patterns, structured Object Oriented Design and coding, gathering user requirements through use case definition and Object Oriented Analysis and design techniques
• Your focus must be on customer service and customer satisfaction
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Pluses: Microsoft Project, HTML, XML, browser based systems using Microsoft and JAVA based technologies, version control software (ie Visual SourceSafe, PVCS, etc), certifications (eg MCSD, MCDBA, etc).
