Description
The Web Application Developer will be a part of a team of web application developers and designers contributing to the architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing management of Web sites and Web applications developed in the ASP.NET 2.0 framework in VB.NET and C#. This position requires 3 or more years experience in the development of custom multi-tiered, database-driven web applications including conceptual design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Participate in the analysis, design, development, deployment of existing ASP.NET Web sites and applications Participate in the maintenance and upgrading of deployed ASP and ASP.NET Web site and applications Work with front-end engineers on development of Web sites and applications WORKS DIRECTLY WITH: Web developers, front-end engineers, network engineers REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: · ASP.NET 2.0· Visual Studio 2005· VB.NET· Microsoft Visual SourceSafe· MS SQL Server 2005· N-tier Web application development· Software development lifecyclePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Web user-interface and graphical design skills.
