Description
Lead a cross-site organization responsible for focusing on agency automation strategy. Provide advocacy for agents regarding technology needs. Responsible for competitive intelligence with regard to agency automation. Establish partnerships with field leadership and agents creating an environment of mutual understanding and trust. Foster the identification of technology capabilities to further support business initiatives. Ensure communication and collaboration with the Hanover Technology Group, business partners, field leadership and agents for all technology related issues. Partner with business to provide support. Deliver additional technology capabilities to agents. Create competitive intelligence (regarding agency automation) data base/repository and process assuring currency. Lead and manage organization to support needs of Commercial Lines, Personal Lines and Claims business strategies. Demonstrate increased service levels and responsiveness. Identify root causes to technology challenges. Monitor the business value achieved for major technology initiatives related to the agents. Ensure optimal technology deployment process to agents. Travel to agency sites eliciting agent input, to gather input insuring deployments, current system improvement, enhancing tech capability to support sales. Obtain and gather feedback from agents.

This role requires strong leadership, partnership and communication skills. High level of initiative and decisiveness. Ability to create a high performing organization to support the technology needs of the agents. Proven experience in agency automation strategy is required. Experience with MS Office Suite and GroupWise as well as a Bachelors Degree and 10+ years of experience.df-tc
