Description

Our client is looking for an aggressive Account Executive (AE) that has demonstrated consistent success in selling staff augmentation in the Telecomm space , IT staffing services, and/or outsourcing. They are looking for their, first ever, AE for their new Telecom Practice .

$ $ $ For you AE s who like making money, here are some facts you will like:

(1) You will be their first ever AE. Without a single AE on staff, our client already has 32 consultants billing (at an average contract length of 12 months)

(2) They have never lost a client (and they have top clients like Google!)

(3) They own the off-shore Data Centers (where the Engineers do 100% of the work) so, when you charge/bill average rates, your spreads are large

(4) This company is a spin-off of a larger Telecom company and they are very profitable.

Duties:

You are responsible for meeting/exceeding established sales goals for their Telecom outsourcing practice.

You will find customers in need of highly skilled Telecom professionals (ie Sonus Engineers, NOC Engineers, etc) and get them to outsource these jobs to your company.


Every Engineer you place is known as a seat. So, the more seats (Engineers) you place, the more money you make, b/c you are getting commissions off of each seat.


Remember, the Data Centers are off-shore so your Engineers are cheap, your bill rates are competitive, and your margins are large.

Compensation:

1 - Base salary: Open/Negotiable. If you bring clients to the table, the base will higher than, say, an excellent AE who has no Telecom clients. Base will be even lower if you have no experience placing Telecom pro s
2 - Commission: Again, open/negotiable depending on factors mentioned above. As a minimum, you will get 10% of the gross spread
3 - No cap on earnings. If you are an awesome Telecom AE and have Telecom clients that you can bring with you (without getting sued, please!) my hiring CTO will make sure you get a top 1% pay package
4 - Full benefits

Requirements:

- US Citizen or Green Card or an EAD with I-485 filed
- Four year degree
- 4+ years as an AE selling staff augmentation, IT staffing services, and/or outsourcing (MUST have Telecomm experience)
- Proven track record of working clientele and/or business contacts

Huge Plusses:

1. - As an AE, you have experience placing highly technical Telecom professionals (b/c, again, this is all you will be placing here). For example, the below is not Greek to you.

VoIP, NOC, IP, PBX, DCN, ACD, redundant communications services, Network Performance Management, Softswitches, Gateways, SIP Proxies, Service Brokers, Route Engines, IP Media Servers, Wireline/Wireless Telecommunication Networks, routing/routers, IP Media Servers

2. You have been an AE working for one of top outsourcing firms with off-shore models (TCS, Satyam, Wipro, InfoSys, Big-4, IBM, Fujitsu, HDS, etc).
