Description

TrueBridge Resources is seeking an Account Manager for our Houston office. We are seeking a candidate who has a proven track record in technical staffing sales and over quota performance. Basic sales skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, effective negotiating and closing techniques, strong analysis and judgment skills, effective team player. Self driven, entrepreneurial, motivated and results oriented.

Position Summary:

Identify and properly qualify business opportunities. Execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential clients, identify needs and accurately communicate needs to Recruiting team for fulfillment.

Essential Functions:

1. Manage assigned accounts with frequent contact and follow up

2. Implement the sales plan to achieve TrueBridge revenue growth from new and existing accounts.

3. Network and cold call prospects to set up meetings and create new sales leads

4. Present TrueBridge services in a way that secures initial and ongoing business

5. Negotiate bill rates with clients for orders placed. Coordinate complex decision making processes and overcome objections to closure

6. Investigate and resolve client concerns to achieve superior customer satisfaction

7. Confer with Recruiting Team to relay information on job specifications, length of assignment, rate of pay and other details of position opening

8. Attend and participate in networking opportunities and events to promote the TrueBridge brand and develop sales leads

9. Update software systems with new client data and orders as needed

10. Ensure continued reinforcement of company values and mission statement

11. Develop and manage all direct sales to an assigned market territory

12. Actively participate and remain involved in at least two networking associations for learning and business development purposes

13. Meet or exceed headcount goals as set by financial metrics

14. Contribute to overall company strategy formulation

15. Establish, develop and maintain long term relationships with hiring, HR and legal functions

16. Supervision of Jr. Account Manager, as needed

Non-Essential Functions:

1. Work closely with Marketing Team to develop materials, including social media to present to clients and prospective clients.

2. Serve as a member of the company s sales and business development team.

3. Other duties as assigned.
