Account Manager, IT Consulting /Solutions/Data Center Services, Sales

Pierce Technology Corporation is an Information Technology professional services company, with offices in NY, NJ and Florida. We specialize in IT consulting and full time resource placement services, as well as solutions and Data Center services. We currently have an opening(s) for an Account Manager(s), in the Tampa/Bradenton/St. Petersburg area. This individual will be responsible for marketing the various Pierce services mentioned.

Responsibilities:

-Sell Pierce Technology's various services, to companies in the Tampa/Bradenton/St. Petersburg area. Open new accounts through existing client manager relationships, as well as prospecting. You will be responsible for identifying and opening your own clients, with the support of your management.
. Understand overall business trends and issues of target clients in the Tampa/Bradenton/St. Petersburg area, as well as buying process for these services, i.e. vendor lists, VOP, etc.
. Gain a working knowledge of Pierce Technology Corporation services in order to present and package the general capabilities to target clients.

. Identify key relevant areas of opportunity at target clients, and develop relationships with corresponding influencers and buyers, and develop business with them.

Requirements:

-2-10+ years account management experience selling IT Consulting/Full Time, or Solutions services.
-Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
-Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
-Excellent technical sales, communication, and presentation skills.
-Current business relationships, with qualified IT buying managers, in the Tampa/Bradenton/St. Petersburg area. Will need to demonstrate/articulate, recent sales success, within the last 2 years, in this market. These references will be called to verify recent and past success, as well as the commitment, to do business, assuming need and company capability.
-Individual that is commission/bonus driven, knowing that they could double or triple their compensation through aggressive selling, and their own success.
