Account Manager/Sales/Straight Commision

eTech Xperts, LLC is looking to expand our sales staff. eTech Xperts, LLC is a boutique consulting company, who provides both contract consultants and permanent placement services. We are looking to hire a sales individual, who has established client relationships and can build upon our current client base. Duties:

Establish
initial relationships with IT hiring managers via (cold calling)

Identify
potential decision makers and build out organization charts

Conduct
face-to-face visits with IT hiring managers to get a thorough understanding of
their staffing issues and company culture

identifying
cross-selling opportunities

Develop
sales strategies in conjunction with management to maximize account penetration

Thoroughly
communicate client job order needs to recruiting staff for fulfillment

Facilitate
the interview process with the IT hiring manager

Assist with
candidate interview preps and closing (as necessary)

Assist
recruiting team with order fulfillment

Conduct
onsite visits with contractors to learn more about client activities and
upcoming needs
