Description
This is a 'hot' opportunity in Irvine! Our client produces software in a growing industry. The Software Support Analyst will be the liaison between the client and the development teams and responsible for project management and client support. The responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to successfully execute client projects
  • Maintain and expand existing client requirements
  • Provide support to prospecting and qualifying new customers, initiation, and establishing new relationships
  • Manage projects including plan development, generating specifications, and perform testing
  • Provide management of cross-disciplinary projects that include client and server side technologies, database and system integration, and communication and visual design
  • Facilitate communication between cross-disciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with users' experience consultants, visual designers, programmers, and developers to define project schedules
  • Work on Quality Assurance projects
  • Provide on-going project related client communications
  • Perform project requirements gathering
  • Provide daily client support via email
  • Proactively identify and solve client related issues

The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:
  • 4+ years as an Account Manager or Business Developer, ideally in technology (consulting and/or service industry)
  • BS or BA Degree
  • Experience with Default Services
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent telephone, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • High organizational planning skills
  • Understanding of software related issues
