Sales Account Executive

The Sales Account Executive for Inland Distribution Centers is responsible for prospecting, creating pipeline, and driving sales of DC Product Line (which includes Appointment Scheduling, Capacity Management, Yard Management, Dock Management, Fleet Management, Visibility and other applications). Sales will be conducted in person at customer locations and via phone.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Prospecting, qualifying, prosecuting and closing deals Positioning and selling all aspects of the Distribution Center product line, including licenses, professional services and maintenance and support Accurately forecasting Managing on-going customer relationships

Requirements:

5+ years experience selling complex software applications, including services Experience in logistics, SCM or related area, specifically in warehouse management and operations, transportation management, supply chain management and logistics optimization Proven track record of successful achievement of sales targets Ability to travel within US Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Ability to innovate, develop new approaches to prospects, and recognize new product and market opportunities High level of self sufficiency and a strong self-starter Proven ability and comfort with calling high/ability to drive reach through a prospects organization df-tc
