Description
he Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship between the Company and its Customers, managing all facets of the business relationship and marshalling the Company resources necessary to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction. Constantly seeks new customers and expands the business relationship with existing customers. Uncovers, qualifies, defines, proposes and closes new sales orders in line with the Company's business objectives and within profitability guidelines established by the Company. Ensure the timely delivery of all services and products sold and ensures that all monies due are collected. These duties include, but are not limited to, activities such as coordinating project planning meetings, processing contract change orders, attending customer meetings, coordinating the resources of the operations and engineering departments as required, delivering invoices, negotiating disputes and other customer satisfaction issues. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or the equivalent required with broad knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. Minimum of four years experience in an account management role with direct sales of applications and total solutions required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management required.
