Accounting Specialist - 5547AA

Essential Functions and Duties:
Will work with the following systems:

• Workflow system, PolicyLink, and Image
• Process wire transfers, payments, method of pay changes and drafts
• Responsible for researching stale dated checks, returned EFT's, returned drafts, returned personal checks, returned checks, post issue relays and outstanding suspense items
• Analytical think to research and resolve problems accurately and efficiently

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or 4 years of related experience within the industry
• Skilled in customer service relations over the phone with daily communication to policy holders, power of attorney's and agents.
• Strong Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley and Anti-Money Laundering requirements
• Previous AML experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communications skills
• Technical and administrative skills to include personal computing in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner is essential
