Description
We are searching for a financial payment contractor (Accounts Receivable) for our company who are willing to work for us from home and get paid weekly without leaving their present Job.

Job Description-

This position will cover a large range of accounting and customer service tasks. The job responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Responsible for all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

• Bank Reconciliation and other Month End Procedures

• Journal Entries

• Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements

• Preparation and filing of taxes

• Marketing

Requirements-

This position requires previous bookkeeping experience. It would be preferred if this candidate’s qualities and knowledge include:

• Experience with Quick books and Excel and willingness to learn other software

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Vast computer skills

• Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities

• Proven characteristics of consistent accuracy and attention to detail

• A strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience/Skills
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) as well as Quick Books
