Description
This position is to provide executive administrative assistant support to the Executive Director and Director teams of Client's Corporate Marketing Business Development and Innovation by effectively and efficiently delivering the highest quality administrative and assistant skills.

Applicant must possess a wide range of proficiencies - organization, process, discipline, confidentiality, follow-up, flexibility, good judgment and decision-making ability, customer service and high interaction with all levels of management (both internal and external). Applicant must have an affinity for detail and be able to manage multiple priorities while coordinating many tasks and events. Maintaining and updating calendars, scheduling meetings, conference calls, coordinating events, managing travel, ordering supplies, processing expense and vendor vouchers, managing departmental expense/travel budget, updating organizational charts. Applicant must be able to accept time pressures to perform work responsibilities at hand and be willing to work extended hours when required. Applicant must be able to manage and maintain deadlines on assigned projects and be the liaison between Executive Director/Director and his/her team(s) as well as be a team member.

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience. Applicant ideally will be able to demonstrate high level of proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel, minimum 2 years experience (examples upon request). Demonstrated ability to sustain a high energy level, maintain organization and discipline in a spontaneous environment. Proficiency with a wide range of office automation systems Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Peoplesoft, CTLR/RDM, Peg@s, Corp eWeb, manage employee (corp systems), OSS, and a thorough knowledge of all policies and practices, with the ability to successfully manage large number of simultaneous activities and be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction. Business and Calendar Management Alignment and management responsibility for the booking and scheduling of meetings, calls, engagements, etc. Requires tactical and strategic understanding of business priorities and professional discretion around those requests that are of highest priority and are in most alignment with the business needs. Specifically, the ability to schedule meetings, manage and submit expense reporting, set up travel arrangements, and integrity and distribution of correspondence as necessary on behalf of Executive Director Business Development/Director Business Development and Innovation Strategy and staff Director(s) within the Partnership Management and Business Development team. Meeting and Conference Planning Demonstrated ability to develop, organize, and coordinate the set up and execution of internal and external business meetings of varying size and complexity. Administrative Team Management Lead responsibility for ensuring that all Client's administrative, reporting, expense, business policy and process policies are communicated, understood, and adhered to by staff. Team Orientation Coordination and alignment with Executive Assistant to Vice President Partnership Management
