Description
In this position you will deliver high quality consistent training to agent community for newly deployed automation, newly appointed agents and new hires in an existing agents office. Responsible for developing and executing agency training plans within assigned territory. Operates consistently with state level agent segmentation strategies to ensure the right agents receive the appropriate level of service/training. Understand and support the branch state strategies for Personal Lines & Commercial Lines. Fully deploy new agency appointments within agreed upon branch SLAs. Assist marketing in the prospecting of new agency appointments. Gather competitive intelligence related to automation and/or product. Monitor and react appropriately to trends identified by Agency and Technology help lines in an effort to reduce the number of incoming calls. Utilize usage reports to help drive training needs. This person will be responsible primarily for the states of Arkansas, Kansas and in the future Missouri. This position is located in the Tulsa, Oklahoma Branch office. Solid understanding of all agent-facing automation being deployed to our agents and all agency management systems being used within assigned territory. Must utilize remote training tools and be in touch with competitors automation and their key features.

Strong communication skills. Oral and written communication must be solid and must be comfortable presenting in a group setting. Understand the importance of developing and maintaining cooperative relationships with others at all levels of the organization. Builds positive relationships with agents and branch leadership to accomplish organizational goals. Think critically and anticipate, recognize, identify and develop solutions to problems in a timely manner. Must have a solid understanding of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines of business and all agent-facing automation used to write business. Microsoft Suite, TAP/POS knowledge helpful plus am Associates degree with 3 - 5 years of experience.df-tc
