Description
Qualifications:

A minimum of five years experience in computer security analysis which included analyzing, interpreting, developing, managing and implementing security policy and procedures for Information Technology and telecommunication systems.

Specialized Experience:

Two (2) years experience in researching and analyzing trends and developments in automated computer security technology and determining their applicability to the security problem(s) of a specific AIS/AIS component. Three (3) years experience in analyzing, designing and evaluating trusted computer systems in accordance with DOD-STD 5200.28 and the associated "rainbow" manuals issued by the National Computer Security Center.

Major Duties:

Major duties will include but not be limited to: conducting and documenting AIS security analyses and audits; developing AIS/facility security plans, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses; recommending, developing and/or applying techniques and tools appropriate to the applicable systems and associated security requirements; conducting facility risk assessments, and assessing the effectiveness of an existing security program, including identification of the strengths and weaknesses of the facility/AIS installation, applications, critical utilities, communications methods and other, related areas.df-tc
