Preferred Technical Skills:

. Crystal Reports / Business Objects experience.

. Experience in estimating projects and enhancements.

. Data design and analysis skills.

Description of Project

The Internal Systems Department provides development & support of various applications that support the Information Technology Group of the company.

This position will be involved in requests for new applications and for enhancements of existing applications.

Position Responsibilities
The successful candidate, working with customers, project team leaders, developers (both on-site and offshore) and other support members and groups, will be responsible for:

. Requirements gathering (includes business requirements, enhancement requests, application objectives, requirements justification, system integration).

. Working with development team(s) on application design and to ensure requirements are met.

. Application test case development & test execution (partnered with our Test Center).

. Methodology adherence and identifying process improvements (cross all functions).

. Provide 2nd Level Support for various applications within the department.

Internal Systems is responsible for systems that include: web based, client server, and packaged applications. The predominant technology is Microsoft/.NET using an Oracle database.df-tc
