CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people to help us grow! We are looking for an Analyst-Engineering Services for the Military Program.

Job Description:
Responsibilities include application of Earned Value Procedures and implementation of an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) that not only provides management with metrics, but also acts as a viable program management tool.

This position requires a motivated individual with capabilities to direct and perform monthly and weekly data gathering and reporting, master EVMS concepts, Earned Value analysis, Business metrics and interact with technical teams and management.
Assist in the early identification of potential cost/schedule issues and provide a system that gives the Program Office and Integrated Product Team leads (IPTs)/Control Account Managers (CAMs) a forum for corrective action and risk mitigation.

Provide structured program performance information and analysis, manage the performance measurement baseline, provide guidance and support to IPTs/CAMs.

Additional efforts include monthly performance, schedule, and estimate-to-complete updates, working with IPTs/CAMs to identify cost/schedule variances, determine root causes, identify corrective actions, and determine impacts to the program, provide guidance in the creation and management of corrective action plans.

Maintain Program Control Towers, while determining root causes and correction actions for metrics that are not meeting requirements. Assist with monthly upper management reviews.df-tc
