Description
My client is seeking an experienced Web Analytics Web Developer for a 15-month contract position in the Burbank/NoHo area.

Responsibilities of this position include:
Serving as a technical point of contact for company around our JavaScript and ActionScript based Web Analytics solution.
Providing guidance for integration of the Web Analytics solution with our broader portfolio of marketing and CRM systems.
Train internal and external users on the technical implementation
Working with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and then translate requirements in this area then either recommending an existing solution, developing a solution, or synthesizing requirement for delivery to
engineering teams for development.
Serving as a subject matter expert in this area for company and staying up to date on industry standards and emerging technologies.
Working with Business teams to understand business needs and recommending web analytic technical solutions to support (Product Management).
Developing and documenting tracking best practices.

Solid understanding of web tracking and analytics technology (e.g. Omniture, Coremetrics, WebSideStory) experience with Omniture a plus
Experience implementing within a Flash based environment preferred
Application technical support experience.
Working knowledge of AS2.0 and AS3.0. Experience with AS3 packages a must.
Expert knowledge of X/HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ability to translate business requirements to technical specifications.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to comfortably interface with both business and engineering groups.
Experience writing end user documentation.
Excellent customer service skills.df-tc

B.S. Degree in Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent experience.
