Humana's IT Workflow Team brings innovative business solutions to the Humana enterprise thus enabling new and more efficient processes to accomplish Humana's business goals. An innovative Applications Analyst is needed to bring a unique design perspective to the Workflow development team.

Working with diverse business groups with Humana, the successful candidate will partner with project managers to turn business requirements into techical design and ultimately a business solution. The position requires strong technical design and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be a leader on the team and must be a self starter; work independently as well as in a team; strive for good conceptual design, utilize proven methodology, possess strong communication skills with the ability to lead design sessions.
