We are looking for an Application Architect to fill a 6+ month contract position in St. Louis, MO. SUBS ARE WELCOME!

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
. Several years of Design Constructs of Filenet and P8 an Absolute necessity.
. Experience with PBM business model necessary.
. Knowledge of XML, P8-Filenet, Spring framework, Hibernate a must
. Manages the development & implementation of the system infrastructure, particularly for P8.
. Leads cross-functional teams that design, develop, & implement systems architecture & supporting infrastructure.
. Manages the continuous enhancement of the systems infrastructure to meet challenging business requirements.
. Responsible for achieving financial objectives of approved systems plans.
. Formulates & recommends standards for achieving maximum performance & efficiency of the system.
. Participates in the planning for retirement of systems programs, and migration of systems infrastructure.
. Participate in cross-functional work groups to assess business needs, develop a systems architecture strategy, & implementation plans.
. Determine feasibility, cost & time required, compatibility with current system, and system capabilities. Analyze, design and implement system architecture.
. Independently formulates detailed program specifications using structured analysis & design.
. Write documentation describing systems architecture, logic, coding, & corrections.
. May develop user manuals & operating procedures.
. May train users & provide technical assistance to resolve operating issues.
. Formulates and recommends standards for achieving maximum performance and efficiency of the system.
. Participates in the planning for retirement of systems programs, and migration of systems infrastructure.
. Provide assistance to IS team members with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems and/or programming knowledge.
. Provide on-the-job training for new or less experienced team members.
. Work on special projects as assigned.
. Knowledge of Maven, Hudson, FICO Rules Engine very highly preferred.
