Description
The Developer in this position will be involved in application development and product enhancement on enterprise wide legacy applications. S/He will work in a collaborative team with to roll out the SMART build phase of the Siebel application project.df-tc

Experience/Skills
  • Must have 4+ years Senior Level Development experience
  • Consultant level experience desired
  • PIVOTAL experience desired, but CRM experience with another application acceptable
  • High level of SQL experience including SQL scripting, SQL Server stored procedures, SSRS, SSIS, more than the basics of SQL security
  • Knowledge & experience in Software and Configuration layer of the server
  • High level of .NET, ASP.NET, VB.net, Visual Basic 6 (must understand the legacy and be able to convert)
  • ASP w/VB6 on the backend
  • Solid Crystal Reports and Active Reports
  • STRONG Troubleshooting skills, ability navigate through complexity
  • Self motivation / Initiative
  • Flexibility in working with different apps
  • Team oriented and ability to work in collaborative environment
  • Mid-large enterprise environment experience-- no health industry exp needed
  • Ability to wear many hats
  • Tenacity-- persistent in working with others to accomplish goals and objectives
  • Professional/patient approach to working with other IT members/customers
  • Ability to listen and understand customer requirements
  • Solid people skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate in customer's language - layman's terms
  • Ability to collaborate and prioritize activities/tickets by customers who present issues either by email or phone call
  • Availability to be on-call and/or work after hours
  • Some agile/scrum environment experience preferred
