Application Developer/Analyst

Description: Our State of Texas client has a need for a Application Developer/Analyst for a 12 month contract in Austin , TX .

Contractor will work with TWIST Project manager to maintain current code, modify existing functionality based on federal rules, regulations and user requirements. TWIST is the Texas Workforce Information System of Texas (TWIST). The system is a Client Server based application, developed using an n-tier design with PowerBuilder for the front and middle tiers. The middle tier is an EA Server platform running on Windows 2000 Servers. The database is Sybase ASE running on an IBM AIX box.

Minimum Requirements:

Years Skills/Experience
8 PowerBuilder, with most recent years in PowerBuilder 10 or PowerBuilder 11.
8 Transact SQL
2 Java
4 Sybase EAServer

Preferences:

Years Skills/Experience
2 Knowledge of TWC Workforce Programs, WIA, ES, Choices, etc., Web Services, JSF

Required Skills: Client Server based application, n-tier design, PowerBuilde, Win 2000 Server, Sybase ASE, AIX T-SQL, Java
