JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include analysis, design, and development of multiple projects. Fundamental Components include (but not limited to) demonstrate excellence in analysis and design skills; develop technical specifications; provide accurate project estimates; provide technical solutions to our business partners; perform as a technical lead mentoring junior members; demonstrate extensive experience in system development methodology; perform coding and unit testing; demonstrate strong communications both verbal and written.

SKILL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates should have solid analytical and software development skills. Requires 2 or more years of development experience with expertise in the use of the following advanced technologies: JAVA (Servlets, JSP), Application Servers (WebSphere), Relational databases (DB2), SQL and thin client technologies (HTML, JavaScript). Experience with OOAD and component development methodologies. Good communication skills.

Additional desired skills: WSAD, VB, MS Access, Crystal Enterprise, Crystal reports. Financial Services or Pension business knowledge preferred.
