What you need for this position:
5+ years of Web application development experience including development using client-side technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and Server Side Web technologies like JSP, Java Servlets, PHP, and .NET
Extensive knowledge of relational database design
Professional experience with enterprise database applications such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
Well versed in many aspects of information architecture, user interface design and the user experience
Experienced in event-based programming and graphical user interface design using a wide array of technologies, tools and frameworks such as Adobe's Flash & Flex, Java's Swing, SWT, Piccolo and Windows Forms and integration of rich media components such as audio and video
Well versed in many industry standard creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
Extensive knowledge of client-side Web technologies like JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets
Experience developing Server Side Web applications utilizing technologies and frameworks such as Java, the Spring framework, PHP and Groovy

What you'll be doing:
Design and development of interactive courseware and Internet applications using various client-side and Server Side Web technologies
Design and build J2EE Web applications and integrate with clients' existing CRM systems and authentication mechanisms
Design and build Flash applications using OOP techniques for simultaneous CD-Rom and Web delivery
Primary responsibilities during the Prototype and Baseline phases are to:
Design, develop and test the presentation's run-time platform
Develop navigation controls
Designing video meta-data schema and scrutinizing presentation playback performance and stability
Closely monitor fully rendered assets for quality and file size to ensure that they are compatible with the run-time platform and the target distribution
