We have an immediate need for an Application Developer - Java.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Application Developer - Java

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The resource will provide support for a Cisco CTI integration to a Java-based CRM application. The resource will be required to analyze reported issues, troubleshoot and identify root cause. The resource will work with Client Developers and the CRM vendor to develop fixes for any identified software defects and will support the testing teams through the execution of SIT and UAT of the implemented fixes

SKILLS:
The resource to support this environment will require: Experience on the Cisco ICM platform, Experience in working with the Cisco CTIOS APIs, in particular CTIOS JavaCIL, Experience in working with CTI enabled soft phones, in particular Thin Client soft phones, Knowledge of ICM to ACD integration, in particular with the Avaya platform, Knowledge of ICM call flow design and capabilities, including environments using network take-back and transfer facilities.

Nice to have skills: Knowledge of Java
