Required Skills:

Description - Proficiency Level (1=low, 5=high)

• Programming (C ) - 5
• Scripting (Perl, Kornshell, etc.) - 3
• Web Application Development (WebSphere, Struts, Tiles, Java Server Pages, J2EE, Java, JavaScript, Ajax, etc.) - 5
• Operating Systems (Unix, AIX, Linux, Windows, etc.) - 3
• Database (SQL, DB2, Oracle, etc.) - 3
• Documentation (Word, Powerpoint, HTML, etc.) - 3
• Interpersonal (Teaming, Self Management, Multitasking, etc.) - 4

Note,
Client would love to have someone with all these skills, but primarily, he's looking for folks with Java, C and J2EE, with other skills such as WebSphere, Struts, Tiles, etc., are nice to have.
