Experience and Skills:

. Overall IT experience: 8-10 years
. Should have financial industry experience
. Experience with Market Data will be helpful
. Experience with design and architecture of Multi-tiered Web based
applications and databases
. Strong experience in Java, J2EE (on WebSphere), WebServices,
Hibernate, Spring
. Strong experience in .NET frameworks, ASP.Net, C#.Net, AJAX,
. Good experience in Oracle database (including PL/SQL) and working
knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005. Experienced in database design
analysis. Should have ability to understand existing model and
data, PL/SQL routines and T-SQL
. Must have understanding of Temporal Tables
. Required Technology expertise: J2EE, extensive PL/SQL Coding,
JBoss Reports, .NET, C#, ASP, Ajax
. Should have experience working with batch jobs
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
. Should have experience working closely with client managers and in
production support mode
. Ability to prioritize and manage work based on criticality in a
fast-paced environment
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with offshore
teams


Responsibilities:

. Work closely with client to understand As-Is application and
manage day-to-day production support activities and enhancements
. Provide technology consulting to the client and offshore teams
. Work with the client managers in estimating effort for application
enhancements and scheduling production deployments
. Ability to lead and guide the offshore developers in executing
production fixes and enhancements
