Description
CDI is looking for an Application Developer in the Metro-Detroit area. Primary responsibilities for this position include the support of MS Access databases and commercial client/server packages. You will be responsible for SDLC responsibilities including analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and support of Access databases and client-based applications. The skills required for this position include overall systems development life cycle programming experience gathering requirements, providing analysis, development and coding, testing, and application support. You must have programming experience with MS Access, SQL, J2SE, Java, J2EE, Visual Basic, .NET, and client/server infrastructure experience. You must possess strong system integration experience with Microsoft Windows based client/server applications and commercial packages.



Experience required for this position is over 5 years of professional IT experience in software design and development. You must possess over 5 years of experience with MS Access, Java, J2EE/J2SE, SQL programming, Visual Basic, VB Script, and .NET technologies. Also includes would be over 3 years of application design experience with MS Access and/or MS SQL Server.



Preferred skills and experience includes someone who has very strong verbal and written communication skills.df-tc
