Bachelor's degree in computerscience or related field, plus six years of relevant experience; extensiveapplication development with .NET 2.0 suite and Java SDK; expert levelproficiency in the following concepts/technologies: .NET (Visual Studio 2008:C# or VB.NET), MS SQL Server, Web-based application development (ASP.NET 2.0,JAVA, J2EE ), XML, AJAX, XSLT,relational database management systems (RDBMS) and advanced SQL programming;well versed in emerging technologies such as Silverlight and Adobe Air; abilityto communicate effectively with technical and non-technical professionals;possess strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving ability;ability to interact with all levels of customers and staff; strongorganizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively; and theability to exercise initiative, independent judgment and responsibility; avalid driver s license; and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Jobperformance may require: occasional lifting of items such as boxes ofmaterials, books, etc. with weights not exceeding 75 pounds; climbing a ladder;limited walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and bending; some irregularhours and long workdays occasionally amounting to as much as 50 hours in onework week, and moderate levels of stress. Job performed primarily in an office environment with infrequent tripsto other offices and limited exposure to weather conditions.
